WPC doors manufacturer introduces the installation method of WPC doors:

1. The door cover is installed with straight nails and blockboard (multi-layer board can also be used as lining board to fix, combined with foam glue.

2. The length of the blockboard or multi-layer board is the size of the door cover, the width is not less than 10cm, the spacing between each board is not more than 25cm, and the gap between the lining boards is filled with foam rubber.

3. The blockboard or multi-layer board is fixed on the door opening with 4cm steel nails, and the door cover and the blockboard or multi-layer board are fixed with 3cm straight nails.

4. There must be a corresponding lining plate at the bottom of the upper and lower hinges, and the screws should be nailed to the lining plate after passing through the door sleeve; note that the upper and lower hinges should be kept in a vertical line, and the surface of the door leaf or door sleeve should not be damaged when screwing.

5. Install the door on the vertical sleeve, pay attention to the gap above when installing

6. Close the door and fix the vertical sleeve on the other side according to the requirements.

7. Fix the upper horizontal sleeve
