Installation precautions for WPC Door With Frame :

1. Installation steps:

(1) First, draw a vertical line on the door opening.

(2) Fix the appropriate lining plate to the door opening as required.

(3) Fix the vertical sleeve on one side of the hinge, and measure the verticality of the upper and lower sides when fixing.

(4) Place the vertical sleeve and horizontal sleeve on the other side.

(5) Install the door on the vertical sleeve, and pay attention to the gap above when installing.

(6) Close the door and fix the vertical sleeve on the other side as required by the door seam.

(7) Fix the upper horizontal sleeve.

(8) Install right-angle lines inside and outside.

(9) Adhesive strips, door locks, and locking tabs.

(10) Test, check.

(11) Installation precautions:

①Besides the door, the door cover is required to be installed horizontally and vertically; there is no gap at the connection.

②The size of the door gap should be 2-3mm on the top, 6-8mm on the bottom, 2-5mm on the hinge side, and 3-4mm on the door lock side; the gap should be uniform.

③The vertical angle line is 1cm higher than the horizontal right angle line.

④After locking the door, there is no gap or shaking between the door and the cover.

⑤The two vertical sleeves must be installed horizontally, and there must be no "eight" characters or uneven lower ends.

⑥There should be no fan phenomenon.
